Woon Peanuts & Seamoss
A favorite Shanghainese drinking snack and passed it down to Mama Fong. They dehydrate and break down the sea moss, roast it with peanuts, and top it off with a kombu seaweed sea salt for extra umami. Once you try them, you’ll never have a beer again without these.
Store in a cool, dry place.
